Customer Response Representative
Work in Blair, Nebraska

We are looking for conscientious detail-oriented people to process customer requests. Three full-time customer service positions are available: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., both Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Successful candidates must have written and verbal communication skills, typing accuracy, familiarity with computers, preferably Windows-based applications, 10-key calculator skills, filing skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. One to two years of customer service experience is desired. Extensive training and benefits provided.

Regional Coordinator of CATV/Broadband Services
Work in Central Nebraska

An energetic, detail-oriented person is wanted to fill the position of Regional Coordinator of CATV/Broadband Services in Central Nebraska. Duties include installing, maintaining, and supervising repairs of all areas of CATV Headends and plants, and installation and repair of buried cable and other communications equipment. Two to three years experience and specialized training desired. Must have knowledge of electronics, broadband engineering, and fiber optic equipment. Computer skills, and excellent communication and customer relation skills are a must. Must also possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary.

Broadband Technician Chadron, Nebraska

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to fill the position of Broadband Technician in Chadron, Nebraska. Four to five years telephone, CATV, and internet installation and maintenance experience desired. Successful candidate must have a strong background in PBX and key systems. Must also have the ability to interpret staking sheets, maps, work orders, and cable counts, and splice cable as needed. Basic computer skills, and excellent communication and customer relation skills are a must. Must be able to dig ditches, climb ladders and poles, and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work various hours and travel as necessary are also a must.
